Hello Everyone! My name is Jon Shaffer and I've been flying by the Callsign "Warnot". I live in California and I have been looking to join a squadron for some time now. I currently run a Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS w/ rudder pedals and an Oculus 2 headset setup. I have been flying DCS for a year and have flown the F-18 exclusively. I would say I have a 70% understanding/efficiency of the Hornet flight and weapons systems.

I generally fly on DCS about 5-10 hrs/week. I work professionally as a pilot as well, flying a Gulfstream 550 for a local family. I am hoping to find a home with a squadron that is procedurally based and strives to follow Naval SOP's as close as possible. I am not versed in any official procedures, but that is precisely why I want to be a part of a community that is!

Hopefully, we can fly together soon and I can learn all your squadron has to teach!!!
